Shipping policy

We stand by UPS's, USPS's, & FedEx's declaration of delivery. If an item says it is delivered via the provided tracking number, it is the customer's responsibility to secure their own package from its delivery location. Our role is to ship the requested item, the shipping company's role is to deliver the item, and the customer's responsibility is to get their package from their own doorstep as a responsible human. We cannot hold your hand for you and walk you out the door and make you pick up your package. So if the tracking number says "delivered", then your package is delivered and our responsibility ends.
